Question 1:
With which one do you identify with best?
I haven’t officially started training yet, but I’ve been thinking about it for a while (maybe even on and off). I’m ready to stop overthinking and start moving!
I enjoy being active—whether it’s walking, yoga, or the occasional workout—but I wouldn’t call myself an athlete (yet!). I like moving, but a little advice, more consistency, and maybe even a plan could help me feel stronger and more confident!
I do a little bit of everything—running, maybe some weights, and there could be a sport in the mix too. My main goal right now is to be strong and capable in everyday life, but I think I could use more structure in my plan.
Training is a big part of my life—I work out a lot, but there’s no real structure. I have goals, but I’m not quite sure how to get there. Whether it’s HYROX, a 10K (or longer), or a triathlon, I know I need a plan to turn my hard work into real progress!
I’m an advance hobby athlete or elite/ competitive athlete training for an event, a sports season, or to push my absolute limits!
